I'd recommend this tea sampler to anyone who enjoys gongfu tea! Just remember to try them in the order of white tea, black tea, oolong, shou pu'erh, and sheng pu'er.
The white teas are smooth, light and has a sweet floral. The black teas are fruity cream, the oolong is just so gentle but fragrant and sweet taste gets me all the time. Those three types of teas are very friendly to new beginners.
The shou pu'er is rich and mellow, with a light woody scent and no earthy taste. Steep it a little longer, and it even tastes like caramel. But the sheng pu'er is definitely the most challenging one, If you're new to gongfu brewing, it can turn out bitter. Honestly, it's way less smoky and bitter than I thought—it smells like dried prunes, which is actually pretty cool.
Overall, I absolutely love this product! All these teas were delicious, and really gave a good intro into the different types of teas.
